10% Off for all Armed Services, NUS Students, NHS staff, Police & the over 65's
1. All customers who are over 65 or in employment of the Armed Forces, Ambulance, NHS, Police, Fire Brigade, Coastguard or Prison Service or anyone who holds a Blue Light card are entitled to an additional discount of 10% off their regular room or containerised storage. 2. The discount is valid upon production of a valid Armed Forces, Police, NHS, Ambulance, Fire Brigade, Coastguard, Prison Service or Blue Light photo ID card. For over 65’s proof of age is required 3. The discount is applicable for every month's rental paid. 4. For this discount to be applied, the account must be paid up to date. 5. The discount can be applied to the storage fee only; it does not include insurance, packing materials or other services. 6. We reserve the right to withdraw the discount at any time. 7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion

1. You are entitled to a discount equivalent to 1 month’s storage if you wish to prepay for a room or containerised storage for a minimum period of 11 months. 2. The prepayment discount can be used in conjunction with a New Customer Offer at the point of moving in if you are a new customer. The prepay offer will be calculated first, followed by the new customer offer. The discount cannot be applied to any other offers. 3. You can prepay during any point of the contract, providing the account is paid up to date. 4. The offer applies to room and containerised storage only. 5. If you move out prior to the end of the prepayment period the prepay discount will be claimed back in its entirety. If you have stayed 24 weeks or more, the remaining discount will be taken back pro-rata. 6. We reserve the right to withdraw the discount at any time.
